Baseline Logistics Center I is a planned ±373,325 SF Distribution / warehouse facility located in the southern section of the "Renaissance Rialto" master planned development. The building has excellent access to the 1-10, 1-15 and 210 freeways.

The office locations and utility infrastructure allow the building to be divisible. The building will be constructed on a speculative basis, however the build-to-suit opportunities are available. The building is scheduled to be complete in the 3rd quarter of 2009.
